Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of cranes ensuring precise and efficient lifting of materials on construction sites
• Conduct pre-operation inspections on cranes identifying any mechanical issues or safety hazards before commencing work
• Collaborate closely with riggers and site supervisors to determine load specifications and movement plans
• Maintain clear communication with ground crew using hand signals or radios to ensure safe maneuvering of heavy loads

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in crane operation is a plus.
• Valid crane operator certification from a recognized authority, demonstrating proficiency in safe operation.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents related to lifting operations.
