In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for providing creative arts therapy services for designated patient population/area under the general guidance of Supervisor or Director.

Job Responsibilities:

Utilizes knowledge, expertise, and resources to assess, plan and prioritize appropriate individual and group creative arts therapy interventions for assigned patient population. Seeks and assimilates information from team members, patient, family, and medical record to perform appropriate assessment.
