Responsibilities

• Lead the makeover of the firm society, building partnerships with crucial stakeholders, and addressing interior resistance.
• Develop creative ideas outside of standard HR plans to sustain organizational makeover.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Human Resources experience
• HR method and change expertise
• Experience dealing with Federal government stakeholders
• Leadership mindset and ability to work well under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is vital
• Emiratisation quota requirement (family book requested)
