Groove Jones is looking for a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director to help shape the next generation of immersive, interactive, and digitally driven brand experiences.

This is not a purely supervisory role. We’re looking for a hybrid creative leader who can develop strong ideas, design polished experience concepts in Figma, present confidently to clients, and work closely with designers, developers, and production teams to bring ideas to life.

The ideal candidate blends concepting, storytelling, UX thinking, visual design, and emerging technology fluency across web and VR/XR. They should be comfortable moving beyond static concepts into rapid prototyping—using modern AI tools, no-code platforms, and light vibe coding to quickly explore, test, and communicate interactive experiences.
