Creative Marketing & Event Intern - Job Scope

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on intern to support our marketing and event team in proposal preparation, project coordination, and on-ground event execution. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, adaptable, and interested in learning how marketing campaigns and events are planned and executed from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal Support

Assist the team in preparing proposal decks by compiling references, organising information, arranging slide content, sourcing visual examples, and supporting the overall presentation structure.

2. Research & Reference Compilation

Conduct research on event concepts, venue references, activation ideas, booth setups, event layouts, campaign mechanics, supplier references, and competitor activities to support proposal development.
