As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the allocation of creative resources collaborating across teams on managing talent and workload. You have masterful organizational skills, are a team player and know how to build and maintain positive relationships with your colleagues based on trust and mutual respect. You are a natural problem solver, have the experience to set and stick to business priorities and enjoy putting out the fires that will inevitably come your way.

What You'll Do

• Work closely and be in constant dialogue with the CCO, as well as Creative Leads, to ensure upcoming projects are matched to creative talent with the appropriate skill set
• Optimize processes in partnership with creative, account and strategy leads
