Experience and Skills Minimum 2 years’ experience as a product marketing manager or similar position. Content creation experience required – must understand what makes short-form content perform. Retention-focused thinker that understands hooks, pacing, and audience psychology. Must be Platform-savvy and up to date on algorithm trends and content formats. Clear communicator that can pitch and explain creative ideas confidently. Fluent in English on an international level. Deadline driven and able to work without supervision.
