We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who is obsessed with performance advertising, consumer psychology, and finding the next winning ad. If you love analyzing data, identifying patterns, developing fresh angles, and writing high-performing concepts and scripts, we want you on the team.

In this role, you will turn customer insights and performance data into winning ad concepts. Working closely with designers, video editors, creators, and agencies, you will own the creative process from insight to launch—developing concepts, writing scripts, overseeing production, and approving final assets to drive aggressive growth.
