We are seeking a proactive, highly organized and detail-driven Creative Traffic & Project Coordinator to manage and optimize the workflow of our in‑house creative and design team.
Reporting to the Creative Director (based in Australia), this role is responsible for ensuring creative work flows efficiently from brief to delivery across brand assets, events, campaigns, internal communications, and cross‑functional initiatives.
You will act as the operational backbone of a global team (spread across APAC, Europe, and the Americas) - aligning stakeholders, external partners, and creatives to keep projects moving smoothly and on time.
You've worked alongside designers or within a creative environment before, and you understand how to keep creative work progressing without creating friction.
