Credentialing Analyst, Operations, Customer Service & Support
The Credentialing Analyst ensures the Authorization and Authentication process for Confirmation Customers on the Confirmation platform.
They gather appropriate documentation, analyze processes, and follow procedures to ensure we keep in line with SOC guidelines and correctly set up as well as maintain accounts of new banks and firms.
This role plays a vital part in preventing fraud on the Confirmation system.
Credentialing Analysts are required to always conduct themselves in a professional manner and provide accurate, timely and detailed information about Confirmation to both internal staff and external users.
