Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, validate, and optimise collections and recoveries strategies that improve portfolio performance.
  • Analyse portfolio behaviour and identify opportunities to reduce credit losses and maximise recoveries.
  • Develop predictive, propensity, and forecasting models to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Produce insightful MI, dashboards, and executive reports that drive strategic action.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Science, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Credit Risk analytical role within a consumer lending environment.
  • Experience in collections, recoveries, unsecured lending, or retail banking will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, Python, R, and/or VBA.
