Responsibilities

• Involves field work; proactive selling and promoting HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Maintain a good image of HC at designated stores/partner retail POS.
• Approach and offer HC Credit Card to all potential in‑store clients.
• Be familiar with HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards confidently.
• Answer questions and concerns about HC Credit Card from customers.
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products following internal policies/procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare client documentation, collect information, and work with the system.
• Keep the work place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk).
• Preserve and protect equipment supplied by the company.
