Your role The Credit Control Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for managing the company's credit control and collection activities to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables while minimizing credit risk. The role works closely with Sales, Finance, Shared Service Center (SSC), and regional credit controlling team to maintain healthy cash flow, enforce credit policies, and support business growth.
Main Responsibilities - Support the team to achieve targets on Overdue and Collections.
- Building effective business relationships with external customers to maximize cash collection whilst minimizing risks.
- Investigation and resolution of credit risks and problem accounts, reviewing and managing issues and significant transactions.
