Credit Controller

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business in Dartford who are seeking a Credit Controller to join their business.

Duties:

* Contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue invoices

* Investigate disputes with client accounts and resolve in a timely manner

* Review and improve credit control processes in-house

* Ensure compliance is met

* Ad-hoc duties as requested by the finance team

* Build and maintain relationship with customers

Desirable:

* Good time management

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

* Stakeholder management

Salary and information:

* £32,000 - £36,000

* Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in 2 days from home
