Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity within FNB Commercial Property Finance. FNB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Head to oversee and manage the credit risk associated with our income-producing real estate portfolio. This role focuses on analyzing funding requests for income-generating properties across asset classes (e.g., commercial, industrial, residential income, retail). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and the credit considerations within the income-producing property market.

Role Purpose

The IPRE Credit Head will be responsible for the credit origination strategy as well as independent credit assessment, structuring, approval recommendation, and ongoing risk management of Income Producing Real Estate (IPRE) exposures, ensuring alignment with the bank’s credit risk appetite, policies, and regulatory requirements.
