The CreditLead is accountable forthedevelopment of Credit Solutions professionals andactive portfolio management leadershipthrough execution, prioritization, and consistency of credit practicesand credit risk oversight.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies andprocedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviorsdrive a positive customer experience.
