Position Overview

            What you'll do  Design, implement, and optimize credit strategies that directly impact growth, risk and customer experience. 
Own credit strategy design: define and evolve underwriting policies, approval criteria and limit‑setting frameworks. 
Translate data into decisions: leverage analytics and model outputs to drive actionable credit rules. 
Balance approval rates, revenue and loss rates through continuous strategy iteration to optimize portfolio performance. 
Design and refine decision frameworks for acquisition, line increases and ongoing exposure management. 
Monitor key metrics (approval rate, NPLs, utilization, vintage curves) and adjust strategies accordingly. 
Run A/B tests and controlled rollouts to improve credit outcomes. 
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in underwriting and decisioning workflows using automation tools.
