Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement enterprise-wide credit risk strategies, frameworks, and governance policies aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
- Lead credit assessment and approval processes for customers, distributors, counterparties, and strategic commercial transactions across diverse product lines and markets
- Monitor portfolio risk, credit exposures, concentration risks, and industry trends to proactively identify and mitigate potential losses
- Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Treasury, and Senior Leadership teams to support business growth while maintaining sound risk controls
- Establish credit scoring models, risk rating methodologies, exposure limits, and early warning indicators to strengthen decision-making
