• Group structure for both customer and the customer’s customers
• Debtors’ management and reporting
• Process reviews to ensure that credit is not being bypassed
• Customer visits/meetings
• Legal debtors Management
• Setting and monitoring of collection targets for credit controllers in conjunction with the Accounts
• Receivable Supervisor.
• Credit management and vetting
