What you’ll do:

• Build and improve credit risk models using stats and machine learning

• Bring in alternative data to make smarter lending decisions

• Work with tech teams to deploy and monitor models in production

• Partner with product, data, and commercial teams to align models with real business needs – especially in embedded finance or platform lending

• Ensure models follow proper governance and meet regulatory standards

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or similar fields

• 2–3 years of experience in credit risk modeling

• Bonus: experience with SME, ecosystem, or supply chain financing models

• Proficient in Python and SQL

• Solid understanding of risk modeling frameworks and compliance
