Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all finance related duties according to company policies and procedures Provide financial and administrative support to management, customers and other departments Assist in the preparation of budgets and targets Manage records and receipts Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions Reconcile monthly expenditure on fuel and telephone accounts Reconcile credit card expenses Manage traffic fines Manage and reconcile Diesel usage – order Diesel as required Ensure financials match amortisation report Responsible for all duties pertaining to the Company and Director’s vehicle (insurance, road worthy, license renewals, change of ownership, company proxy, etc.) Process bank statements and reconcile bank accounts daily Manage company cashflow and compile cashflow statements Submit invoices for approval Capture invoices Request statements Reconcile Creditors Send creditors remittances Send Age Analysis File creditors Manage all Vendor/ Credit apps Manage...
