Key Responsibilities: Accurately capturing of invoices on Deltek. Ensure invoices are authorised in accordance with levels of authority; allocate invoices to correct Supplier, General Ledger with correct Cost Centre. Sending of remittance advices and proof of payments to Suppliers. Filing of invoices, remittances and proof of payments. New creditors: Capture on Deltek, Supplier Information form & requesting BBBEE information and assist with vetting of suppliers.
