Job Purpose

Responsible for all Accounts Payable activities including but not limited to:

Control the end?to?end accounts payable function Ensure accurate, timely processing and payment of local and foreign supplier invoices, company credit cards and travel expenses. Maintain accurate reconciliation of creditor accounts to supplier statements Ensure all creditor transactions are properly documented, authorised and compliant with company policies Support cash?flow management through accurate creditor balances and reporting Ensure expenses and accruals are recorded in the correct accounting period Contribute to accurate month?end financial reporting Core Technical Delivery Ensure that the required documentation has been received for processing purposes Verify prices and services to the purchase orders and ensure that all purchase orders are signed of as for approval Query variances with suppliers or company representor Ensure that documents are processed daily Contact suppliers ...
