Shine is a premium exterior cleaning company operating across Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Raleigh. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and commercial maintenance. We are building the best field team in the market and promote almost exclusively from within.






THE OPPORTUNITY





Van Leads are the backbone of Shine's daily field operations. You own the job from start to finish — loading the van, running the crew, executing the service, and closing out with the customer. This is a leadership role in the field with direct commission upside tied to your crew's production.
