The team leader is accountable for assisting management to maximize department profitability and ensuring our CRG behaviours are maintained.To lead a high-performing retail team that delivers exceptional customer service, drives sales growth, maintains brand standards, manages stock effectively, and ensures operational compliance and loss prevention.This is achieved by assisting the CRG managers with the commercial operational processes, including customer service, housekeeping, people, stock and sales.
