Role Overview We are hiring a Crisis Communications Manager to lead reactive and proactive communications during high-stakes situations. The role combines clear thinking under pressure with strong writing — protecting reputation and shaping the narrative when stakes are high.
Key Responsibilities - Lead crisis communications planning, including playbooks and scenario plans - Manage live response on emerging issues across stakeholder groups - Draft statements, talking points, and stakeholder communications - Coordinate spokespersons, media training, and Q&A preparation - Partner with legal, security, and executive teams during incidents - Lead post-incident reviews and incorporate lessons into playbooks
