**Overview**

Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a **Critical Environment Program Manager (CEPM)** , you will play a key role in delivering the infrastructure that supports the world’s largest online services.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that ensure the **safety, reliability, and scalability of mission-critical data center environments** .

You will own end-to-end execution across electrical, mechanical, and operational systems, working across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes. This position requires strong technical acumen, program leadership, and the ability to drive results in high-risk, highly regulated environments.
