Job Description

We’re recruiting for a CRM & Automation Test Executive to join us. As a CRM & Automation Test Executive you will support the CRM & Automation team in preparing customer engagement campaigns for deployment. You will also ensure the accurate testing and documentation of customer communications delivered via our Customer Engagement Platform, supporting workflow quality and adherence to testing principles. This includes creating and executing test cases, validating campaign functionality, and documenting results.What you'll be doing:

Developing and maintaining testing methodologies for CRM workflows and communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with platform capabilities

Executing and documenting tests across email and automation journeys, validating functionality, logic, and data accuracy
