Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage in consumer remarketing and telephone sales efforts. Organize and address consumer questions across various platforms, including Amazon and Meta. Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns and follow up with customers. Examine client information and keep up with the CRM database. Communicate with customers in multiple languages through chat, email, and phone calls. Able to communicate effectively the analytical mindset strategy that puts the needs of the client first
