The Opportunity
:The CRM Junior Analyst is the technical backbone of our go-to-market engine. This role is responsible for the health, optimization, and internal support of our HubSpot ecosystem (CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs). This role acts as the primary technical resource for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that our CRM is configured to support high-performance workflows. By managing Tier 1 and 2 support, maintaining documentation in Zendesk/Confluence, and building the automation infrastructure for marketing campaigns, enabling our teams to scale efficiently without technical friction.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Manage the integrity of HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including user permissions, property architecture, and data deduplication.
Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, resolving functional issues for HubSpot users across the organization.
