Position Overview
Requirements:
β 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.
β Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A/B tests.
β Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.
β Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.
β Familiarity with omnichannel approaches: SMS + Viber + email or push.
β Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
β SMS Strategy & Calendar β Plan, build, and maintain a weekly and monthly SMS campaign
calendar aligned with casino and sportsbook promotions.
