Oracle Fusion Service Cloud Techno Functional SME with at least 10 + years of experience around CX applications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with extensive experience in Oracle fusion Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of both Oracle and SAP systems(Preferred but not mandatory), as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
