Key responsibilities:

• Plan, build, and manage email, SMS, and CRM campaigns
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows
• Segment audiences to deliver personalised and relevant communication
• Create engaging, on-brand email content
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimise accordingly
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and design teams
• Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and best practices
