Overview

We’re looking for a technically strong, process-driven professional to lead the implementation and integration of our business software systems — primarily HubSpot CRM and QuickBooks Online. You’ll be responsible for connecting sales, operations, and accounting workflows so our teams can work smarter, not harder.

Responsibilities

• Configure HubSpot CRM for lead intake, deal tracking, and sales automation
• Integrate HubSpot with QuickBooks for streamlined customer and financial data flow
• Build automated workflows between systems (HubSpot, QuickBooks, project-management, call tracking)
