You work in close collaboration with colleagues all over the world and you play an important role in deciding on the launch of new varieties as well as in formulating the future product development strategy. You maintain and intensify contact with customers and the market. In addition, you visit trial fields to gain market information and product information and you identify opportunities that can lead to new product development activities.
