1. Degree from IIT / NIT / BITS in Circuit branches is a MUST
2. MBA degree from IIM's / ISB or Top Tier 1 Campus is a MUST
3. Should have worked with CxOs / CEO's and strong executive presence.
4. Experience of 8-12 years is a Must.
