SUMMARY: Cross-trained agents must, after completion of training, be willing and able to work Ticket, Operations and Ramp Agent positions at their assigned station. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: β’ Check in passengers and baggage using Cape Air's passenger service system β’ Make passenger reservations and rebook flights β’ Make boarding announcements β’ Provide extra assistance to passengers with special needs β’ Assist the main Cape Air Reservations Department by handling remote reservations calls, if applicable to station β’ Share information with pilots/ramp/operations using radio communications β’ Organize ticket and cash reports β’ Handle delayed or missing baggage and process claims β’ Assure compliance with FAA and airport security procedures β’ Meet and marshal aircraft β’ Fueling Cape Air aircraft, if applicable to station operations β’ Load and unload passengers and their baggage β’ Escort passengers out to the aircraft β’ Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: β’ Airline work experie...
