Position: Chat Support Representative

Account Type: Non-Voice / Messaging Support

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or messaging tools
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain customer satisfaction and positive experience

Qualifications

• Must be SHS Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Willing to work on site at Quezon City
• Non-voice account (chat support)
• Paid training
