Position Overview

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or live chat. 
They ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders. 
The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and adhering to service level expectations for quality and performance. 
Completed 2 years in college / vocational / associate degree 
Must have 1 year of CSR experience handling Financial Accounts OR 2 years of CSR experience supporting General/Generic Customer Service Accounts 
Willing to work onsite (Pasay City) 
Night Shift / Shifting schedule 
Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
