Key Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, or chat
-Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, concerns, or service issues
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
-Document and track customer interactions using internal systems
Qualifications:
-Proficiency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (open to fresh graduates!)
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
