Position Overview

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!  MUST BE ABLE TO REPORT ONSITE.

START DATE: 4/14/2026



Working Hours

8:00am - 5:00pm CST



Training Schedule:

4 weeks training - Cannot miss any time during training





Responsibilities:


  • Provide customers with professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat service over the phone, 

  • Have the ability to direct phone calls to appropriate staff and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls. 





Qualifications:


  • Computer literate

  • Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 12+ Months Customer Service Experience (call center preferred)

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
