• Properly certified in all areas of assignment
• Demonstrates cooperativeness and a willingness to carry‑out assigned tasks and performance responsibility
• Appropriate endorsement as per assigned instructional area
• Be highly qualified according to ESEA
• Other qualifications determined necessary by the Superintendent
