• 5 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience working on large-scale implementations as a Solution Architect.
• Ability to work with global clients (US & UK markets) and handle different business dynamics.
