WHAT'S THE JOB?
Reporting directly to the Head Chef , the person occupying the position of 3rd cook assists the 2nd cook in production. He or she must ensure that the necessary menu items are prepared, that they are complete, that follow-up is carried out and that the food meets quality standards. The 3rd cook must be able to work under pressure, manage time well and have a positive attitude.
