The Role

The Culinary Admin Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and administrative support for the Executive Chef and the culinary team, contributing to the successful launch and sustained excellence of the hotel’s food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Support

  • Assist in the development and organization of culinary documentation, including menus, recipes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of kitchen equipment, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities for culinary team members.

Operational Coordination

  • Manage daily administrative tasks for the culinary department, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
