Work with Management to ensure the alignment of the curriculum, teaching, and learning approaches with Centre's mission and vision, values, as well as licensing/SPARK requirements.
Collaborate with the principal and teaching team to consistently assess and improve practices, including effective management, assessment practices, etc.
Demonstrate understanding of Centre's bilingual (Chinese) programme and work with Chinese ST to ensure an effective Chinese Curriculum Programme.
Develop & Manage Enrichment Programmes.
Requirements
At least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership.
Excellent communication skills - spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures.
