JOB SUMMARY: To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable clean, and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop



QUALIFICATIONS:


+ High school diploma or GED

+ Meet physical requirements:


+ Able to lift heavy loads not to exceed 50 lbs.

+ Able to climb and work from ladder, scaffolding, or personnel lift

+ Able to stand and walk for long periods of time


+ Training and experience in mechanics, heating, plumbing, carpentry, electricity and painting desired

+ Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports

+ Work experience in educational setting preferred

+ Fireman or engineer license preferred

+ Valid Iowa drivers and/or chauffeurs license required

+ Possess collaborative and interpersonal skills
