Summary of the Role:

• The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of Maitri's facilities and surrounding grounds.


• This role ensures that both interior and exterior areas remain clean, orderly, safe, and well-maintained for employees, visitors, and guests.
• The Custodian performs a variety of cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks to support a safe and professional environment.
• Responsibilities include maintaining building interiors and exterior grounds, identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company standards for cleanliness and safety.
