+ Multi-temperature environment ranging from -10F to 80F

Position Responsibilities :  

+ The Custodian will clean various surfaces, furniture, restrooms, locker rooms, trailers, tractors and work areas using cleaning chemicals , paints and the occasional use of ladders

+ Perform light maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, painting, etc.

+ The Custodian empties trash receptacles throughout the building

+ Other duties as assigned


Required Education and Experience:

+ 0 to 6 plus months of general experience
