JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing customized air travel arrangements for cruise guests. Act as primary resource with internal departments, airlines, and travel partners to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective air solutions that enhance the guest experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls, assist Guests and Travel Partners to Secure air using airline block space or free sell, while adhering to cost guidelines.Process airline schedule changes, bookings, and ticketing.Process custom air requests, nonstandard itineraries, and post-ticketing support while ensuring compliance with company policies and airline regulations.Monitor air travel reservations for accuracy and cost guidelines.
